As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping people navigate, adjust, and cope with Stress, Anxiety, Relationships, Big Decisions, Life Transitions like divorce, new jobs, and retirement. As a medical family therapist I have experience with Anticipated Life Changes, Adjusting to Medical Illness and Treatment, & Grief.
